Facebook Page and Lead Data

If you choose to connect a Facebook Page to CherrySMS, we use Facebook Login to request your permission to access limited data associated with that Page. Specifically, once you authorize the connection, we access your Page's Lead Ads forms and the leads submitted through them — which may include a lead's name, email address, phone number, and any other information they provided in response to your form's questions.

We store this lead data in your CherrySMS CRM for the sole purpose of allowing you to import, view, and message those leads through the platform. We also store a Facebook access token associated with your account so that we can retrieve leads on your behalf when you request an import; this token is not shared with any third party.

We do not access, request, or store any other Facebook data beyond what is necessary for this feature, and we do not post to your Facebook Page or act on your behalf in any way other than retrieving lead form submissions. You may disconnect your Facebook Page from CherrySMS at any time, which revokes our access to your Page data going forward.

Third Party Features

For your convenience, we may include or offer third party offers, products, or services on the Site. We cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of any websites or pages not under our control.

Any information, communications, or material that you submit to the Site on a social media platform such as Facebook or Twitter is done at your own risk and without any expectation of privacy. We are not responsible for any content contained on such sites and platforms.
